Uniaivi ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Uniaivi platform, including the website at uniaivi.com and the AI + VI chat service (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Uniaivi, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
